Real estate law firm Adler & Stachenfeld LLP (A&S) has promoted Ilya Leyvi to chair of the firm’s growing real estate finance practice group.
As a partner at A&S, Leyvi provides legal representation for lender and borrower clients on various forms of financings, including bridge loans, construction loans, mezzanine loans, C-PACE loans, as well as preferred equity investments across various asset classes — including multifamily, hotel, self-storage, industrial and office.
Leyvi joined A&S in 2014 out of law school and rose quickly through the ranks. He was named real estate practice co-chair in 2021, only seven years after joining the firm full-time, assuming a significant leadership role over the operations of the entire finance practice. Leyvi has been honored with Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers inclusion on the New York Metro Rising Stars list for six consecutive years.
