Colliers has brokered the $11.8 million sale of 2070 Las Palmas Drive, a 32,000-square-foot freestanding warehouse in Carlsbad, CA. An undisclosed buyer purchased the asset from Anya Holdings LLC in the off-market transaction.

Colliers’ Mike Erwin, Tucker Hohenstein and Hank Jenkins along with James Renner of Inland Pacific represented the seller while Colliers’ Andrey Mindirgasov and Christopher Smith partnered with Northmarq’s Peter Hauser in representing the buyer. “Our client was in an exchange and satisfied a portion of their upleg. This was an off-market transaction of a functional asset in a desirable market,” said Smith.

Situated on just over 2 acres, the property is comprised of 12,000-square-feet of creative office space to complement 20,000-square-feet of newly-renovated warehouse space. Features include new roofing, grade-level doors, a two-story lobby, well-maintained landscaping and abundant parking. Situated just off Palomar Airport Road, the building provides quick access to Interstate 5 and Highway 78.
