CBRE arranged a 37,000-square-foot retail anchor lease at Prairie Towne Center in Schaumburg, IL. Signature Fitness has signed a lease and will open this fall. The new location will be the company’s third in the Chicago area.
CBRE’s Joe Parrott and Sean McCourt represented Prairie Towne Center’s ownership, Necessity Retail REIT. Prairie Towne Center is a 263,000-square-foot shopping center at the intersection of Barrington and Schaumburg roads and includes Kohls and At Home as additional anchors.
“Signature Fitness is a tremendous fit for Prairie Towne Center, and we are pleased they will occupy the remaining anchor space,” said Parrott. “The area generates significant customer traffic and possesses strong demographics that top retail occupiers look for.”
