Crate & Barrel Comes to Flatiron District for Flagship Location

Crate & Barrel has leased retail space at 881 Broadway in the Flatiron District for a new flagship store. CBRE’s Kristen Crossman and David LaPierre represented Crate & Barrel. The property’s ownership was represented by Newmark Retail. 

“It was a privilege advising Crate & Barrel in landing their new NYC flagship in the Flatiron submarket,’ said Crossman. “Finding the right home to replace their iconic SoHo flagship was challenging but through extensive strategic analysis it became clear that Flatiron, NYC’s increasingly dense furniture market, is the right home for Crate & Barrel.”
