Dallas Leads Nation in Hotel Room Pipeline

A record number of hotels are coming to North Texas. According to the latest report from Lodging Econometrics,the Dallas-Fort Worth metro leads the country with 176 hotels in the construction pipeline, accounting for more than 20,790 rooms. 

Here’s a look at the some of the more anticipated hotels opening in Fort Worth. 

The Crescent Fort Worth–Cultural District. The $250 million project is in the works at West 7th and Camp Bowie Boulevard and will include a boutique 200-room hotel, restaurant, rooftop lounge, 175 residential units, and 168,000 sqft of office space. Expected opening is mid-2023.

The Bowie House Hotel–Museum District Managed by Auberge Resorts, the hotel will be located on the northeast corners of Camp Bowie and Dorothy Land. It will feature 106 rooms, along with spa, fitness center, an outdoor pool, bar and signature restaurants. Slated to open at year end, 2023.

Le Meridien–Downtown. The former 13-story Hilton Hotel Annex (815 Commerce St.) is being redeveloped as a 230-room hotel managed by Remington Hotels. The historic building will be reimagined with new ground floor restaurants, a rooftop bar, and a sixth floor pool deck. Opens 2023.
