Dollar General in Wisconsin Trades to Local 1031 Buyer

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 9,026-square-foot net-leased Dollar General property located in Osceola, WI.  The asset sold for $1,106,500.

Associate Mitch Grant and first VP Nicholas Kanich, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company based in Milwaukee.  Todd Lindblom, Wisconsin broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.

The Dollar General property is located at 928 240th St. in Osceola.  The 1031-exchange buyer was local to the property and paid all-cash for the asset.  Grant and Kanich garnered a number of offers and went from contract to close in 45 days.

“We are continuing to see solid activity on smaller price-point deals,” said Grant.
