F&B Tenant Signs for Space at Port Authority Bus Terminal

JRT Realty Group, Inc. and subconsultant MCCGUSA, Ltd. arranged a lease for retailer Gong Cha at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Midtown Bus Terminal (MBT). Adding to the diversity of business operators, cultures and food and beverage options at the MBT, Gong Chawill offer the traveling public a varied menu of fresh-brewed bubble tea, yogurt drinks, milk-based beverages, and coffees.
