Former Headquarters for The Wing Goes Up for Sale

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to market 137 Second Ave., a 15,052-square-foot office or residential conversion property, for sale. The East Village property previously served as the headquarters for The Wing. 

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Hunter Moss, Michael DeCheser and Bryan Hurley will be leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the owner, CoFinance.
