Located in Morris County near Interstates 80, 280 and 287, 333 Route 46 is a recently renovated 147,944-square-foot building with ample onsite parking. The building is zoned for a wide variety of uses including general office, research, fabrication, printing, processing and storage of goods.
Phase 3 Media is an integrated marketing services company that previously called Fairfield, NJ. home. However, the continued demand for industrial space in the Suburban Essex submarket led to rapidly rising lease prices and the company tapped NAI Hanson to find a new space that could fit their office and production needs.
