MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services Completes $6M Sale of Two Baltimore Warehouses

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has executed the sale of two industrial/warehouse buildings located in the Baltimore, MD metro — from a single owner to separate buyers — for $5.9 million.

Andrew Meeder, Daniel Hudak and Matthew Curran of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, real estate brokerage arm of The MacKenzie Companies, represented the sellers in both transactions.

2300 Eskow Avenue, 13,000 square feet on a 3.3-acre parcel in the Halethorpe section of Baltimore County, was sold for $3.1 million. Buyer Greenspring Realty Partners, LLC, which was self-represented, intends to lease the property.

629 S. Philadelphia Boulevard, 9,300 square feet of space, sold for $2.8 million. The asset, situated in the Aberdeen section of Harford County just north of Aberdeen Proving Ground, contains a fenced-in storage yard.

“The outstanding interest for both assets is indicative of the continued high demand for assets of this size in the Baltimore region, as well as the rapidly-diminishing supply,” said Hudack.
