NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc. said that Burlington has opened a 27,726-square-foot store at Stratford Crossing shopping center, a 361,074-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at 142 S. Gary Ave. in Bloomingdale, IL. The move represents a relocation from the nearby Stratford Square shopping center.
Burlington is the latest retailer to come to Stratford Crossing with Milan Laser opening at the end of 2022, Salon 115 Salon & Spa expanding earlier this year, Visionworks opening in February and Studio by Sally scheduled to open this summer.
“The retail industry continues to be strong with new concepts and traditional tenants looking to grow,” said Sandy Sigal, NewMark Merrill’s CEO and president. “Retailers like Burlington continue to value location, consumer traffic, and complementary tenant mix.”
