Charleston, SC-based PORT 32 Marinas, LLC, an owner, operator, developer and acquirer of dry and wet slip coastal marina assets, has purchased the Lighthouse Point Marina in Lighthouse Point, FL.
The marina is located at 2831 Marina Circle on the Intracoastal Waterway minutes from Hillsboro Inlet (between Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach. The marina had been family owned and operated for over 50 years and had never been offered for acquisition previously.
Julie Fisher Berry and Sheila Roux represented the seller, Lighthouse Point Marina Inc., in the sale to PORT 32 Marinas. CBRE’s marina and shipyards brokerage team in South FL has transacted over $1.5 billion in marina and shipyard sales.
Lighthouse Point Marina features 102 wet slips that can accommodate 25- to 80-foot vessels and provides immediate access to the ocean. Amenities include fuel dock, live bait station, ship store and the Nauti Dawg restaurant.
