Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR) has signed a 10-year office lease for slightly more than 13,200 square feet on the 14th floor of RXR’s 1330 Ave. of the Americas. The public relations firm is expected to complete renovations of the space and move in by early June 2023.
“For our group, the office is a place of union, connection and collaboration,” said RPR’s President, Richard Rubenstein. “While we have team members located in other markets, we remain dedicated to maintaining our central headquarters in New York City. Our new location is convenient to both media outlets and mass transit for our staff.”
The deal was brokered by a New York City-based real estate investment and advisory firm. RPR did not identify any brokers associated with the lease.
