Sage Realty, the leasing and management division of the William Kaufman Organization, and its real estate partner, Principal Asset Management, have signed two new office leases totaling 8,201 square feet at 77 Water St., located in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District.
New leasing activity at 77 Water St. includes the following:
- JetFuel Studio, an independent marketing agency, signed a 4,864-square-foot lease. David Menaged of Intrepid Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
- Mason Technologies, a leading low-voltage contractor specializing in turnkey solutions, signed a 3,337-square-foot lease. Brian Weld and Matthew Ettinger of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
“This momentum showcases the attractiveness of this property as we work to reposition 77 Water Street with an entirely renovated plaza entry experience, as well as Oasis amenities,” says Michael Lenchner, EVP and director of leasing at Sage.
