San Bernardino Office Depot Building Trades for $5M

Rancho Cucamonga, CA-based retail specialist Progressive Real Estate Partners has completed the $4.9M sale of 675 E. Hospitality Lane, a 20,000-square-foot retail building in San Bernardino, CA. Currently leased to Office Depot, the building sits between Home Depot and Aldi in the Tri-City Commons/Hospitality Lane District.

The private Los Angeles-based seller was represented by the Progressive Real Estate Partners’ brokerage team of Greg Bedell, Paul Galmarini and Paul Su. The undisclosed buyer, an Inland Empire based entity, was represented by Jason Alter with IPA Commercial Real Estate.

Built in 1991, the retail center has freeway visibility from Interstate 10 and is situated in a densely populated area. The sale included 81 parking spaces. The transaction was the second one in the Hospitality Lane District for Progressive Real Estate Partners. The firm also recently completed a 1.7 acre land sale that is being developed into an Everhome Suites Hotel.
