WatchHouse will occupy approximately 1,500 square feet on the ground level of the 39-story office tower which is undergoing a $400 million redevelopment slated for completion in spring 2023.

“We can’t wait to introduce the beloved London coffee scene to New York City with WatchHouse, the first new retail tenant at the fully reimagined 660 Fifth Ave.,” said Jason Maurer, EVP of National Urban Retail, Brookfield Properties. “WatchHouse, with its daytime coffee and evening cocktail program, will serve as both a desirable amenity for our office tenants upstairs and a lively addition to Fifth Avenue’s famed retail scene.”

660 Fifth Ave. will be WatchHouse’s first location in the U.S. In addition to grab and go offerings during the day, WatchHouse will also offer an evening program with cocktails and light bites.
