Stream Realty Partners Appoints Maddison Sickels a VP for Nashville Office Leasing

Stream Realty Partners has hired Maddison Sickels to serve as a VP at the national commercial real estate firm’s Nashville, TN location.  She will be responsible for sourcing, winning and executing office business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales and tenant and landlord representation.

Sickels comes to Stream Realty Partners from Amazon, where she was an asset manager for the company’s worldwide real estate.

Prior to her role at Amazon in Nashville, Sickels was part of the advisory and transactions services team at CBRE in San Diego, CA. She has worked with clients such as Westcore, Clarion Partners, Prologis and Lincoln Property Company.

“It’s an exciting time to be working in Nashville as the city continues to be recognized as a top place to live, work, and invest,” said Sickels said. “I’m looking forward to tapping into Stream leadership’s deep local market knowledge so I can grow my commercial real estate career in Music City.”
