TCC & CBREIM Debut 600K-SF Tracy Logistics Center

Developer Trammell Crow Company and JV partner CBRE Investment Management (CBREIM) have completed construction of Tracy 205 Logistics Center, a Class A, cross-dock single industrial building in Tracy, CA. Located in California’s Central Valley, the 606,000-square-foot facility offers excellent connectivity for tenants throughout the Bay Area and Northern California.

Tracy 205 Logistics Center features 40’ clear heights, over 4,000 square feet of office space, a 185’ truck court, LED lighting throughout the warehouse, 40,000-pound mechanical dock levelers and 4,000-amp electrical service.

“We are pleased to deliver the Tracy 205 Logistics Center, a project which currently represents the largest industrial availability in the Tracy area,” said TCC’s Will Parker. “This project is well positioned for distribution occupiers to service the Northern California industrial market.”

Tracy 205 Logistics Center was designed by HPA Architecture and CBRE’s Central Valley Team of Tom Davis, Bob Taylor and Dan Davis are marketing the project.
