The St. Joe Company to Double Its Panama City Beach Rooms with Five New Hotels

The St. Joe Company anticipates completing and opening five new hotels located in the Panama City Beach area during the first half of 2023, including The Lodge 30A, an 85-room boutique hotel located on Scenic Highway 30A that opened in February.

Over the next four months the real estate development, asset management and operating company anticipates opening:

• Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort, 225 suites
• Hotel Indigo Panama City Marina, 124 rooms
• Home2 Suites by Hilton Santa Rosa Beach, 107 rooms
• Camp Creek Inn, 75 rooms

Once complete, these properties will more than double the number of available hotel rooms in The St. Joe Company’s portfolio, from 531 to 1,177 rooms.

The St. Joe Company’s hospitality revenue increased by 29% to a single-year record of $97.2 million in 2022, as compared to $75.3 million in 2021.

“Northwest Florida is seeing more visitors from more parts of the country than ever before,” said Andrew Czarnecki, VP of resort operations at The St. Joe Company. “The hotels that we plan to complete in 2023 are well-positioned to meet that demand and we are excited to see them come to fruition.”
