Woodinville’s Wine-Themed Project Lands $92M Loan

Harvest, the 20-acre, wine-themed development by Wood Mountain, has landed a $92 million construction loan from Columbia Pacific. The project, located on NE 145th Street, will include a hotel, apartments, retail, restaurant and underground parking and is expected to open in 2025.

The Daily Journal of Commerce reports that Columbia Pacific previously helped fund the land acquisition and has now committed $200 million to the project, which has a master use permit from the City of Woodinville.

According to the website, Harvest will be set in a bucolic countryside location, about 20 miles northeast of Seattle and 15 minutes north of Bellevue. The area is home to a number of wineries, craft breweries and distilleries, and Harvest will take advantage by offering tasting rooms to sample the local product.

Columbia Pacific says the commercial space is already 60% pre-leased with confirmed tenants that include How to Cook a Wolf and Bombo situated in a retail and restaurant area of the development called The Yard.
