Related Midwest has opened a leasing center and launched pre-leasing at The Row Fulton Market, the developer’s 43-story, 300-unit residential high-rise under construction at 164 N. Peoria St., in Chicago’s Fulton Market District.
A dedicated leasing center, located steps from the building at 950 W. Fulton St., is now open for appointments, showcasing available floor plans, finishes, views and amenities at The Row, which will welcome its first residents in June.
“To preview the lifestyle that awaits residents of The Row, we’ve created an immersive leasing center that revels in the energy of Fulton Market and is imbued with the distinctive brand identity of the building,” said Elizabeth Pilgard, director of leasing at Related Management Company.
Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, with interiors by March and White Design, The Row will offer convertible, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with six penthouse units.
