Seiden Law Firm Inks Office Renewal at 322 Eighth Ave. in Chelsea

Seiden Law LLP, a boutique New York law firm specializing in high stakes litigation and arbitration, has signed a new seven-year lease for 4,869 square feet on the 12th floor of 322 Eighth Ave. in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood.

Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, and the tenant, Seiden Law LLP, in the transaction. The firm, which currently occupies 2,500 square feet on the 17th floor of the building, is expected to move into its new space in the next several weeks following the completion of its new offices. The 12th-floor space was previously occupied by Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation.

“Seiden Law has been in the building since 2021 and needed the additional space to accommodate its rapid growth,” said Gurevich. “Whenever a company can relocate to a new space within its existing building it’s a win-win. We are excited to see the firm continue to grow its presence at 322 Eighth Ave.”
