CBS has just released a statement following Pauley Perrette ‘s shocking tweets about her allegedly horrific experience on the set of NCIS .
Days after the actress tweeted that she’s endured “multiple assaults” over the years, and was forced to stay silent by a “very rich, very powerful publicity ‘machine’,” the network finally spoke out.

“Pauley Perrette has a terrific run on NCIS and we are all going to miss her. Over a year ago Pauley came to us with a workplace concern. We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows,” read the statement from CBS Television Studios.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Perrette, 49, shared a series of cryptic tweets earlier this week, blaming a mysterious male figure for assaulting her and making her life hell while filming for the hit show .
